After months of watching, rewatching, discussing, and making decisions that often came down to the smallest details, the Official Selection for BIUFF's Founding Edition is final.

75 films were selected from more than 600 submissions across dozens of countries — including feature films, documentaries, short films, animation, AI cinema, and music videos.

Uncensored. Uncompromising. Unconventional. Unbound.

If your film is on the list, you're not simply part of an Official Selection. You're part of the first chapter of a festival built by filmmakers and independent cinema professionals who understand what it means to stand behind the camera.

The BIUFF Online Screening will take place worldwide from 21–28 September 2026, followed by Berlin Night on 17 October, when the winners will be announced and the awards presented.
